For any event with a crowd

Everyone at your event took photos. You have none of them.

A birthday, a reunion, a launch party, a conference happy hour. Everyone in the room takes their phone out, and every one of those photos stays on that phone unless you give people somewhere to put it. Team Capture collects them all from one QR code, and its AI describes every shot, so you find the one you need without scrolling through all of it.

$79 once. No subscription, and no app for your guests.

How it works

Buy it, post the code, and the photos come to you.

  1. 01

    Buy the pass

$79, once. No trial to track. Your QR code is ready to print as soon as you have paid.

  2. 02

    Post the QR code

At check-in, on the tables, by the bar, on the step-and-repeat. Guests scan it with the camera they already have open.

  3. 03

Guests upload, and see everyone else's

The page opens in their browser. They pick photos and videos, and they can flip to the gallery and see what the rest of the room has sent. No account, nothing to install.

Why this beats a QR gallery

Type what you're looking for. It finds the photo.

A QR gallery catches the photos. It does not know what's in them.

Most event photo apps stop at collecting the files. What you get back is a gallery you scroll, in order, hunting for the one shot you need for the recap post or the thank-you email.

Ours reads every photo and video as it lands.

Search for it the way you would describe it out loud: the cake, the keynote, the group photo by the step-and-repeat, the moment the whole room stood up. Nobody tags anything. And the same search box is on the guests' page, so the speaker can find her own session photos before she leaves the building.

What $79 gets you

Questions

What people ask before they buy

Is it free?

No. The one event pass is $79, paid once, and there is no subscription. It is built to hold a full event's worth of photos: up to 2,000 photos and videos, with the AI descriptions and search included rather than sold as an add-on.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. They scan the QR code and the page opens in their phone's browser. They can type a name or skip it, pick photos and videos, and watch each one upload. No account, nothing to install. The page is in English and Spanish.

How many people can upload?

The QR code has no guest count, so a 300-person conference is fine. The pass also lets you add up to 150 people by email, who get the iPhone app and the dashboard. If the event runs past 2,000 photos and videos, a monthly plan takes over, and if you switch within 30 days of buying the pass the $79 comes off your first month.

How long do we have to upload, and how long are the files kept?

Uploads open the moment the first photo arrives and stay open for three months. Everything uploaded stays viewable and downloadable for 12 months from the day uploads open.

Does it work for video, or just photos?

Both. The toast, the surprise entrance, the fifteen seconds of the room singing happy birthday, all of it gets described the same way photos do, so you can find it later.

Who can see what gets uploaded?

Anyone with the QR code can see and search the gallery on their phone. You can hide any photo with one tap, turn on approval so nothing shows until you have seen it, or switch the gallery off and keep the code upload-only. The page is not listed anywhere and search engines are told not to index it.

Get the pass, post the code, stop chasing people for photos.

$79 once. Pay on the website and print the QR code the same day. The three-month clock does not start until the first photo lands.
