Questions
What people ask before they buy
- Why is it not priced per person?
- Because the product only works when everyone at the event is taking photos. Charging per head would tax the exact behaviour we are selling, and the first thing a customer would do is decide who does not get the app. The people limits above are bands, not meters — adding somebody on the night never costs more.
- What counts as an event?
- An album. Make as many as you like on any paid plan. We do not price per event because no team knows in January how many events they will run in September, and because a per-event price makes you weigh up every small one.
- Is there a storage limit?
- Not one you will meet with photos. A busy year of photos is around 120 GB, which costs us a few dollars. Video is fifty to a hundred times larger per file, so it is included from Team upward and that is where any real limit would apply. We will tell you long before it matters.
- We have thousands of employees. Where do we fit?
- Enterprise, and the conversation is not about headcount. It is about a workspace per brand or region, single sign-on, and a contract. Ask and we will talk it through.
