Who this agreement is with

The account belongs to the organisation, not to any one person. Whoever creates a workspace is agreeing to these terms on that organisation’s behalf and confirming they are allowed to. Individuals invited into a workspace are using it under their organisation’s account.

What you may use it for

Capturing, storing and sharing photos and video created by or for your organisation. You may not use it to store anything you do not have the right to store, anything unlawful, or anything that puts the service or other customers at risk. We may suspend a workspace that is doing any of those, and we will tell you why.

Your media stays yours

You keep every right you already had in the media your team uploads. We do not claim ownership of it, we do not license it to anyone, and we do not use it to train anything or to advertise. We hold it so we can show it back to your workspace, and for nothing else.

Who is responsible for the people you invite

You decide who joins your workspace and what role they get. You are responsible for what those people do with the access you gave them, and for removing them when they leave. Removal takes effect immediately for anything they request afterwards. A media link their app had already opened keeps working until it expires, which is five minutes for a photo and up to four hours for a video.

Access, availability and change

Access is currently granted one workspace at a time by approval. We work to keep the service available and we do not promise a specific uptime figure, because a number we have not measured is worth nothing. We will keep developing the product, and features can change. If we remove something you depend on, we will give you notice by email first.

Paying for it

Paid plans are billed per workspace at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe, monthly or annually in advance. Prices can change with at least thirty days’ notice by email, and a change never applies to a term you have already paid for. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by writing to us, and your plan runs to the end of the term you have paid for. We can end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice unless the breach makes notice unsafe. When a workspace closes, its records are removed; the stored files are erased on request rather than automatically, so write to us and we will do it.

The parts our lawyers care about

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of this agreement.

Changes to these terms

If we change them materially we will email the workspace owner before the change takes effect. Carrying on using the service after that date means the new terms apply.
