Every app here does the basic job: a QR code, a private gallery, guests uploading from their phone with no account to make. Here is where they differ, read off each company's own pricing page on 15 September 2026. Where a page did not say, the table says so rather than guessing.
What matters

- Does a guest need to install anything to upload?
- Does it take video, or only photos?
- How long can people keep uploading, and how long can you keep downloading after?
- Can you take a photo down before the whole room sees it?
- Does anything read what is in the photo, or does it just store the file?

The only one here where the app knows what is in the shot. You type "grandma dancing" and get the photo, months later, and so can your guests on the night.
Which one you want
The cheapest gallery, or the one that finds the photo for you.
If all you need is a place for guests to drop their photos, any of the other five will do that job, most of them for less than our $79. What none of them do is read the photo once it lands. Team Capture's AI describes every photo and video as it arrives, so months later you type grandma dancing or the first dance instead of scrolling through everything you were sent. Your guests get the same search box on the QR page. That is the thing the extra thirty dollars buys.

Before you pick one
Which is cheapest for a small party?
POV, at $4.99 for up to 25 guests, read off their pricing calculator. Kululu and Wedibox both have a free tier, at 100 and 50 uploads, but Kululu deletes the free tier's photos after 7 days. GuestPix and GuestCam both start at $49.
Do any of these require guests to download an app?
Almost none. GuestPix, GuestCam, Wedibox, Kululu and Team Capture all open in the phone's browser from the QR code. POV is the exception: on iPhone it opens as an App Clip, a slice of their app that runs without a full install, and otherwise it wants the app.
Which one searches your photos for you?
Only Team Capture searches by what is happening in the shot. GuestCam sells MagicFind, a $45 add-on that finds photos a guest's face appears in, which is a different question from where is the photo of the cake. The other three leave you scrolling.
What happens after the upload window closes?
Every one of these keeps the photos viewable for a while after uploads stop, and the length is most of what the price difference buys. Kululu's $39 plan keeps them 3 months; Wedibox's $79 plan keeps them 2 years. Check the plan you are buying, not the starting price.
