The hired photographer covers the keynote. The photos you need for the recap, the busy booth, the customer dinner, the team on the last night, are on your colleagues' phones.
The night
Most of the coverage comes from your own staff.
A photographer can be in one room at a time. Your staff are in all of them: on the booth, in the breakout sessions, at the partner dinner. They take good photos all week and then fly home. Team Capture gives them one place to send those photos from the camera roll, and the AI files each day into the right event without anyone setting up folders.
Where it goes wrong
Photos turn up weeks later, if at all.
By the time the recap goes out, half the team has sent nothing. They meant to, and after three days away it slipped.
The conference Wi-Fi gives out.

Before the event
Invite the team by email. Each person installs the app, types their email address and signs in with the six-digit code the app emails them, and access ends the moment you remove someone.

Staff share straight from the camera roll between sessions. Photos arrive at full resolution.

On the Team plan, the AI files photos into events on its own and labels what is in each one. Search "booth" or "customer dinner", approve the ones you want, and export up to sixty at a time.
Everyone was taking pictures. I ended up with about ten of them.
For a small team at one event, a shared album will do.
