Church media teams
Everyone took photos at the baptism. You got three.
Sunday services, youth nights, mission trips, the Easter egg hunt. Your media team is mostly volunteers, and the best photos are on phones belonging to people who went home for lunch.
The night
The team changes every week.
Church media runs on volunteers, and the rota never looks the same twice. Some serve every Sunday and some twice a year. Adding them all to a shared drive is a chore, and a group chat shrinks every photo it touches. With Team Capture you invite volunteers by email once, each one installs the app, types their email address and signs in with the six-digit code the app emails them, and when someone steps back you remove their access. Their photos stay with the church.
Where it goes wrong
You spend Monday asking for photos.
The Sunday post needs one good photo of the worship team. It is on a volunteer's phone, and they are at work until six.
What arrives is too small for the screen.
Photos sent through a group chat are compressed on the way. They look fine on a phone and soft on the projector or the printed bulletin.
Nobody can find last spring's photo.
The pastor asks for the baptism photo from April. It is somewhere in a folder of four thousand files called Sunday photos.
How it runs

Before Sunday
Invite your volunteers by email. Each one installs the iPhone app once. Anyone on Android sends photos through the event's guest link or QR code in their browser.

During the service
Volunteers share straight from the camera roll when they have a minute. If the sanctuary has no signal, the app holds the photos and sends them when the phone reconnects.

After
On the Team plan, the AI files each photo into the right event and labels what is in it. Type "baptism" or "youth worship" into search and the photos come up. Export what you need at full resolution for slides, the website or social media.
I'm still chasing people for the files.
